Her extensive background as a designer, commercial entrepreneur, and design educator allows her to bring a diverse perspective and effectively integrate different aspects within a team.

Jiajin is a creative technologist who combines expertise in consumer behavior and market analytics to optimise the mobile app experience for TMT clients.

As a user-experience designer and researcher at dreamteam, Liam specialises in crafting seamless digital interfaces that prioritise user engagement and satisfaction driven by deep insights into user behaviour and intention. By devising innovative insight-gathering techniques and conducting comprehensive focus groups and interviews, Liam captures essential perspectives, ensuring that every design decision is informed and user-centric.

Marco is a creative director and visual designer. He has a pragmatic and playful approach towards design, exploring ways to merge visuals and strategy to create meaningful experiences.

Harika is an experience designer and strategist focused breaking down barriers between humans and emerging technologies. Harika uses a non-intrusive design approach in physical and digital design solutions to enhance wellbeing.

Cui-Lyn is an interaction designer with a digital focus, specialising in the intersection of wellbeing, human factors, and technology.

Lucas, currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Design Engineering at Imperial College London, exhibits a strong passion for multidisciplinary projects, skillfully integrating diverse aspects of innovation, engineering, and design.

Tori is an Interdisciplinary Design Researcher. Her background in Social Data Science and Fine Art informs her dynamic approach to research-led design. She holds an MASc in Global Innovation Design from The Royal College of Art and Imperial College, where she led projects based in Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, and the UK. Her work centres around social innovation in various contexts, including disaster preparedness, conservation, medical care, and education.

Lena is interesting in the intersection between design and engineering, particularly in the artistic field. She enjoys human centred design and crafting interesting and engaging narratives.

Idan combines design, engineering and marketing approaches, ensuring solutions have a powerful identity that reaches, and impacts, the intended audience.

Freya is interested in the fusion of art and creativity with engineering, generating inventive design solutions.

Oscar focuses on user-centred design and engineering, pushing this approach within the scope of sustainable innovation. Oscar has developed online platforms for Dreamteam including websites and online shops, as well as communicating Dreamteam's work to clients and the public.

A human-centred designer, researcher and communicator, Jessica tackles complex challenges through a holistic and collaborative approach; effecting meaningful impact through design.
